The Lowell, Vt Self-Realization Facility. Built on five acres of Northeast Kingdom forestland in 1982 from almost entirely recycled building products, it was the location of numerous philosophical and ethical discourses by inebriated participants. Burned to the ground in 1986, it was rebuilt in 1987.
